This may be the best book about habit, ever! Such an incredible read and so eye opening on some of the patterns I’ve creating in my life. When you really dig deep and understand why you do what you do, then change can be made. I love the example of a food journal routine. In order to make change, write everything down in a journal to recognize what habits to change.
I think the best part of the book is at the very end of the book when Duhigg breaks down the blueprint for changing any habit. Wow!
