We challenge your family to accept the 4 Week Push-Up Challenge.
For the first day, do as many push-ups as you can, together as a family. Let’s say as a family you can do 12. Use that as your base number. Do that every day for a week and then increase it by 5 every week.
We have done the challenge as a family and it’s been so much fun. Discovering what our bodies are capable of if we stay consistent is a wonderful lesson to learn. Another incredible thing that came about is when one of our family members didn’t want to do it, we teamed up and encouraged participation. Which lead to great teamwork and keept the challenge going.
