Family Friday Activity: Go For A Walk

We live in a gorgeous world. There’s so many things to see and experience. Go for a walk as a family and have an adventure. Create a scavenger hunt or take pictures of the many different things you see. Walking is an incredible and simple physical activity for kids. This teaches children a lifetime exercise that will help build healthy bones. On the plus side walking also helps ward off future health problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
