Refunds for Services and Digital Products

Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services (e.g., consulting, campaign management, strategy development), refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced. We will review your concerns, and potential resolutions may include adjustments, credits, or alternative remedies.

Digital Products

Digital products, such as templates, eBooks, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you encounter issues with the file (e.g., corrupted or inaccessible files), we will provide a replacement or fix the issue promptly.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds typically process within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

License Revocation for Refunds

If a refund is issued for a digital product or service, all rights and access to the product or service will be revoked immediately. This includes the removal of any downloaded materials and access to online accounts or tools associated with the product or service.

Chargeback Policy

Subscription Services

If a service or product includes a subscription, refund requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
